GolfFitData Driver Spin Database
Citation-ready driver fitting data exports. All datasets are sourced from verified TrackMan measurements with 10/10 confidence ratings. Free to use under CC BY 4.0 license.
Data Methodology
Primary Source: All data is sourced from the TrackMan CARRY Optimizer Chart (original publication 2010, revalidated 2025). This represents direct launch monitor measurements from thousands of driver shots, optimized for maximum carry distance.
Confidence Rating: All 30 data points carry a 10/10 confidence rating. This indicates direct measurement from manufacturer equipment with no interpolation, extrapolation, or estimation.
Data Gaps: We do not include 125 mph swing speed data because no publicly available source meets our 8+/10 confidence threshold. We admit data gaps rather than fabricate precision through extrapolation.
